I love ‘auditing’ things. Not my taxes.. but basically everything else.
Auditing allows you to take a step back and look at the bigger picture.

You can see what is working – and do more of it.
You can see what isn’t working – and replace it.
If you’ve been following along this month – it has been all about balance. And maybe you don’t know how to know if you’re in balance – or how to fix it…
This blog is for you.
Auditing your balance is about being real about how you are feeling, and taking a real – honest look at your time.
The first thing my clients all do is a daily time audit.
With this audit – you will journal your time everyday for a full week.
From the time you wake up, until the time you go to sleep.. journal the time and every task or activity you do, and for hour long
8:15 am – 8:47 am Scrolled Instagram
After you are done for your week – before you go over it.. answer some questions to yourself. You can do this in a journal entry or just out loud to yourself.
What do you feel like you didn’t have enough time to do?
What do you wish you’d done more of?
What do you wish you’d been more focused on?
What do you feel like you missed out on?
Do you feel like you were behind or overwhelmed with anything?
Next write down your CORE 4, 1-4…
And now go over your time audit. Look back at your CORE 4…
Did one CORE dominate your week? Did you spend too much time in something that isn’t CORE? Look over the answers to your questions – where could you have plugged in more, saved time, or been more present?
This audit isn’t a one time thing.
Do this audit often, at least quarterly. Check in with your habits – so you can improve and readjust.
Your balance is in your hands… you can do this!
