I use the word balance often – and sometimes (a lot of the time) I get messages telling me they just don’t think balance is possible. And here is my answer. Yes it is.
Hear me out, balance is always possible. But your balance won’t look like my balance. And your balance won’t look the same everyday. And one last thing – you can’t balance ALL THE THINGS. You have to know your priorities, and put in the work to balance those priorities.
Today, I’m going to teach you the 5 places you can create balance in your life – and how to maintain that balance.
Create 5 Types of Balance in Your Life
1. Priority Balance
Remember I said you can’t balance ‘all the things’ – that’s because if you spread yourself too thin, there will be no balance, and nothing that you do will be done to the best of your ability. I suggest beginning with your CORE 4. Once you know your CORE 4 priorities – you can create a balanced structure around those.
Not every one of your CORE 4 will demand the same amount of time. But by understanding what your CORE 4 priorities are, it will allow you to balance the things that mean the most to you, and give those priorities your best.

2. Seasonal Balance
Balance changes in seasons. If your business is in launch mode, it may take more time. If you’re kids are out of school for the summer – you may want to spend more time with family.
During different seasons, different priorities will take the forefront. The key is knowing priorities that keep each of your CORE 4 running – and learning to balance out what’s left.
And what’s more – you have to give yourself permission to prioritize what needs you most right now.
3. Weekly Balance
By giving your week structure, based around your CORE 4, you can create a balance to your week. Understand that each of your CORE 4 will not get equal time – and each day doesn’t need to look the same. Creating a time to plan each week will help you create an intentional balance.

4. Boundary Balance
The only true way to maintain balance, is to maintain your boundaries. Understand what you do and don’t have space for in your life at one moment.
Creating boundaries, and learning to enforce them – will allow you the capacity to maintain the other senses of balance in your life.
Begin creating boundaries by understanding your CORE 4 – and then your time. Once you know how to balance your CORE 4, you’ll know what you do have left to give away. Get comfortable with telling people ‘no’, be ok with following your path. And don’t get caught up in FOMO. Keep your eyes focused on your journey!
5. Self Purpose Balance
Connecting to your purpose, your entire purpose, and then serving that purpose will keep your entire life grounded and in balance.
You can’t get caught up in being ‘just’ anything. Because your purpose encompasses more than one are. Take care of you as a woman – and embrace all that you are destined for. Let go of guilt that traps you into being ‘just’ anything.. and you’ll unlock a sense of balance you didn’t see coming.
Balance is something that once you’re able to maintain yours – it will change your life. It will change your energy. It will change you!
